Khao Sok Experience requires a payment of your requested tour(s) or /and Accommodation to confirm your booking, we cannot guarantee your reservation until your payment has been received. We Also allow you to pay in full 2 weeks prior your arrival.

Changes to bookings after the deposit has been made can be done, however these will be subject to availability. Bookings and deposit are non transferable. No show, cancellation or change the dates will be charged 100% of the original deposit.

In order to pay your reservation, Khao Sok Experience uses direct bank transfer or another methods such as Paypal  or credit card payments through money transfer platforms, which offers a secure way of paying with your credit card, transfer or other means.

If you pay for your reservation by bank transfer Khao Sok Experience does not charge any transfer fee. For other payment methods involving Paypal or credit or debit cards there is an extra 3.5% fee that the platforms charge for the transaction.

In case you didn’t pay the full tour(s), you will be requested to pay the remaining amount for your reservation (full amount minus deposit) upon your arrival to your tour destination. Payment can also be made by cash.

IMPORTANT

During the peak season (November to March) the Cheow Lan Lake tours must be booked 7 days in advance. Other tours 48 hours in advance.

Please note that

• Children under 16 years old must be able to swim. Parental discretion is recommended when taking children on all scheduled excursions.

• All guests taking an excursion must have personal travel insurance to cover them during their stay in Khao Sok. Most tours include insurance.

• Khao Sok Experience is not responsible for children under 4 years of age, pregnant women, persons with health problems or any person suffering from any congenital disease, illness or injury unknown to Khao Sok Experience prior to arrival.

• When you book a trip with us, it means that we have to be sure that you will not miss any program by preparing and booking everything for you in advance.

Tours must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
